Booking & Payment
When booking an appointment we will need you to furnish your name, address, e-mail address and contact phone number/cell phone number, if you have one. We ask that you request appointments by e-mailing: reikigoddess@aol.com If you do not have e-mail or access to e-mail when you wish to book, please phone us at: 607-592-2527.
Since we keep little cash on the premises, we ask that you write a check for the amount of your service. Tips are appreciated, but not expected.
Notifications
We will notify you the day before your appointment either by e-mail or by phone.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. We realize that things come up, so we're asking that you re-book with us immediately when missing an appointment or being unable to show up. If you do not re-book within 2 weeks of your missed appointment, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of your intended service.
